Learn about Black Americans' struggle for equality under the law from 1865 through World War I. A docent from the New-York Historical Society will explore this chapter in our Nation's history as well as discuss Black New Yorkers' organizing and community-building in the face of discrimination. Registration is underway. This program is co-sponsored by the public libraries in the Town of Huntington.
