The team of Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon elevated dance in the Broadway musical to a new level. Fosse pushed boundaries and added to the language of dance. Verdon became the first triple threat in theater—a per-former who could act, sing, and dance. In this program, Marc Courtade will showcase the unique talents of these two dynamic dance innovators.
