Chef Rob Scott will prepare and offer tastings of Tuscan shrimp with sun-dried tomatoes and roasted zucchini flatbread with goat cheese, hummus, and toasted almonds. A $7 materials fee (cash or check payable to "Northport-East Northport Public Library") is due at the time of registration. In-person registration begins September 3.
