Chef Rob will be on hand to prepare Thai lettuce wraps with beef, scallions, carrots, and ginger, and glazed shrimp with Chinese plum sauce. Bring your appetite! A $7 materials fee (cash or check payable to "Northport-East Northport Public Library") is due at the time of registration. In-person registration begins December 27.
