Celebrate Chinese New Year by making dumplings! As your culinary guide, Chef Penn Hongthong will provide instruction and tastings of two types: vegetarian and ground  turkey. Please bring a take-home container large enough to hold 6 dumplings. In-person registration only.  A $5 materials fee (cash or check made payable to "Northport-East Northport Public Library") is due at time of registration. Registration is underway.
