Katie gets a job catsitting for her mysterious upstairs neighbor, Madeline, who has 217 cats! Soon Katie wonders why Madeline is always out exactly when the city's most notorious villain commits crimes. Is it possible that Katie's upstairs neighbor is really a super villain? After registering for the program, stop by the Northport Children’s Room to check-out a copy of the book. Registration begins December 27.
