Mexican Enchiladas

Join the chefs of Maria's Mexican Cooking to learn how to make authentic enchiladas using chicken, cheese, and red and green sauces. Ample tastings will be provided. A $7 materials fee (cash or check payable to "Northport-East Northport Public Library") is due at the time of registration. In-person registration begins May 8.
