Learn the art of sourdough bread making! Loey Platt, owner of Grimm Sourdough, will demonstrate how to make a perfect, tangy loaf from scratch. Suitable for beginners, this workshop will guide you through every step of the sourdough journey. Explore the flavors and textures of sourdough by enjoying a tasting of prebaked breads. A $7 materials fee (cash or check payable to "Northport-East Northport Public Library") is due at the time of registration. In-person registration begins November 29.
