Mother-daughter team Gabrielle Rossmer Gropman and Sonya Gropman, authors of The German-Jewish Cookbook, will discuss the journey which resulted in their cookbook, highlighting traditions, recipes, and culture. They include a special focus on German-Jewish cuisine as it existed in Germany prior to WWII and as refugees later adapted it in the US and elsewhere. Registration is underway
