Museum Passes are available to Northport-East Northport Public Library cardholders. The passes allow free admission to some of the New York area’s most popular attractions.

Reserving a Museum Pass:
Reservations are made through the Museum Pass software available on the library website. A valid library card is necessary to complete the reservation. Passes may be reserved up to two months in advance. Patrons may reserve up to four different passes in a 90-day period. Two passes may be borrowed per library card for any given date.
Manage your reservations by clicking on the "My Passes" link in the Museum Pass software. Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to visit the museum as planned so that the pass may be available for another patron.
Patrons must call the museums directly for hours of operation or check the website before visiting as museums sometimes close unexpectedly for special events and holidays.
Each museum determines the rules and regulations governing the use of its museum pass, and the pass may not provide admission to all exhibits at a museum.
Pick Up/Return Passes:
Pick Up/Return passes are reserved for the day you wish to visit the museum. Reserved passes are available for pick up the day before the reservation only at the Northport building Circulation Desk. Passes for Mondays are available the preceding Saturday. You will need to bring your confirmation page and library card to check out the pass. Passes must be returned on the next day after the reservation (Monday through Saturday). Check the due date on your Museum Pass reservation receipt or log on to My Account on the Library website. Passes must be returned to the Northport building Circulation Desk (do not place in library book drops). There is a $20 fee per day for late passes and a $100 fee for lost passes.
To cancel a Pick Up/Return pass reservation, click on the "My Passes" link in the Museum Pass software, or contact the Library at 631-261-6930.
Print-on-Demand Passes:
Print-on-Demand passes are reserved for the day you wish to visit the museum. Reserved passes may be printed from home or at the Library ahead of time or on the day of your scheduled visit. The pass will be valid only for the date of visit listed on the confirmation page. The printed pass must be presented at the museum; digital versions are not accepted. Print-on-Demand passes do not need to be returned to the Library. There are no late fees or fines associated with these passes.
