Enjoy the mobility and vitality that regular yoga can provide, while feeling supported in a chair (no floor work). Alternate standing poses as well as modifications will be demonstrated. Have a water bottle on hand. Note: As with all exercise programs, please check with your healthcare provider before registering. Registration begins January 29. Limited to Northport-East Northport Public Library cardholders only.
