This 5-week class will help you get fit, balanced, and flexible! Learn exciting global dances set to great music, then cool down with balance exercises and relaxing stretches. Bring a water bottle and wear low-tread sneakers. Note: As with all exercise programs, please check with your healthcare provider before registering. Registration begins May 1. (Northport-East Northport Public Library cardholders only for the first week of registration.)
