Enjoy the mobility and vitality that regular yoga can provide, while feeling supported in a chair (no floor work.) Alternate standing poses as well as modifications will be demonstrated. Have a water bottle on hand. Note: As with all exercise programs, please check with your health care provider before registering. In-person registration begins May 8 at the Northport building.This program is open to Northport-East Northport Public Library card holders only. Limit one registrant per card.
