This program is designed to use gentle activities that aim to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength, as well as improve balance and decrease pain. the class is adaptable for all different levels, and exercises are mostly seated with standing optional. Please bring a 6-9-inch inflated ball, a resistance band, and light weights if you have them. In-person registration begins February 3 at the Northport Library. Limited to Northport-East Northport Public Library cardholders only. One registration per library card.
